II. It has to be noticeably better or different than other people trying to provide the same thing.
III. You have to know exactly who would appreciate your different or better way.
IV. It has to be seen and heard about by those people.
V. What they see and hear has to be SO appealing to them THAT THEY MAKE A commitment.
